Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your artwork. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a free replacement or refund. Because every print is made to order, we generally can't accept change-of-mind returns, but we always stand behind the quality of our prints.

30-day quality guarantee

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No need to ship the item back. Just reach out within 30 days of delivery.

Because prints are produced on demand specifically for your order, we're generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like “changed my mind” or ordering the wrong size. If you're unsure about sizing, check our size guide before ordering.

How to request a replacement or refund

  1. Email us at beautifulcityscapesart@gmail.com with your order confirmation number.
  2. Include a photo of the item and packaging if it arrived damaged or defective.
  3. We'll confirm next steps and arrange your replacement or refund, usually within 1-2 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. If you ordered through our Etsy shop instead, please request help through your Etsy order.
